- Prevents separation e.g. due to vibrations and shocks
- Protects against corrosion due to friction and rusting
- Excellent resistance to media and high temperatures
- Prevents problems with mechanical threadlockers
- Resistant to alkalis, gases, solvents, oils and fuels
- To remove, heat to 300 °C!
- Silicone-free
Instructions for use:
The surface must be free of oil, grease and other contaminants. Observe the ventilation time!
In the case of leaky holes, apply a few drops inwards, along the thread, to the bottom of the hole. In the case of a through hole, apply a few drops to the bolt at the point where the nut will rest. If used for sealing, apply the product around the external thread. This medium-strength bolt securing agent cures anaerobically, which means it only cures where atmospheric oxygen cannot reach the adhesive. The catalytic effect of the metal and the width of the gap also influence the drying rate. Excess glue that is squeezed out of the gap between the two parts will not cure and can be removed with a dry cloth or a cloth soaked in acetone cleaner.
Passive materials: nickel, zinc, tin, precious metals, aluminium with minimal copper or manganese content, high alloy steel, oxide or chromium coatings, plastic, glass and ceramics.
- Practical one-handed use thanks to ingenious twist lock
- You will always have one hand free
- Continuously adjustable dosing system
- Dosage can be tailored to the specific application - keeping consumption and costs to a minimum
- No material residue in the dispensing neck
- Cost optimisation through virtually residue-free emptying
Notice
The following plastics may be adversely affected by prolonged exposure to the product: ABS, celluloid, polystyrene, polycarbonate (Macrolon), PMMA (Plexiglas), polysulfone, SAN (Luran, Tyril), Vinidur, Vulcanfibre and painted surfaces. We always recommend that you perform your own tests.
