Select wheel bolts according to the bolt seating area specification of your wheels. Using a wheel bolt with an inappropriate seating surface may cause the bolt to loosen during driving. Always use new wheel bolts for a new axle. Do not lubricate the wheel bolts with oil or other lubricating grease.

KNOTT GB series axles with round axle box are characterized by high driving comfort and long service life. The axle arms are suspended by special circular spring elements with high damping. In addition, the axle is equipped with welds for mounting the hydraulic shock absorber brackets. However, even in the basic version without shock absorbers fitted, it provides excellent handling characteristics for your trailer and, compared to the standard VGB series with a square axle, it ensures your
better stability on the road. The hubs are fitted with compact maintenance-free double row angular contact ball bearings. The axle body is hot-dip galvanised. The wheel brake units used are equipped with Backmat reversing automatics. The axle is delivered complete with fitted and adjusted wheel units, including brake drums.
