Brake bush KNOTT, diameter 50 mm, including pin

Original pull tube housing for overrun brakes KNOTT with a pull tube diameter of 50 mm (e.g. KF27, KF30, KR27, KR30, KRV27, KRV30, KFZ35)

The front and rear casing is the same. We recommend to change both bushings at the same time, i.e. order 2 pieces of this bushing for one brake. If bumpers are used in the ramp brake, you will also need 2 new bumpers when replacing the bushings. Before replacing the bushings, inspect the surface of the towing tube. The surface must be completely smooth, without unevenness. Even minor surface damage can significantly reduce the life of new bushings.

ATTENTION: After pressing and securing the bushings with the locking pins in the body of the ramp brake, it is necessary to ream the bushings (preferably with a manual adjustable reamer with extended guide) to the exact diameter of the pulling tube. Before inserting the pulling tube, it is necessary to drill holes for grease in the lubrication points.

We recommend that you entrust the replacement of bushings to a trained workshop with the appropriate workshop equipment. In our service we will reassemble the ramp brake for you after prior ordering.
