Double-arm brake lever AL-KO 161S, 251S incl. M10 fork
- Two-arm lever for overrun brakes AL-KO 161S and 251S used to transfer the movement of the overrun brake pull tube during braking to the central brake rod or brake cables
- The lever has an adjustable lower arm length in three positions
- For the correct function and efficiency of the braking system and automatic reversing system, the lever insert (prisma) must be adjusted to the correct position
- If the trailer is fitted with wheel units AL-KO 1636G, AL-KO 1637 or AL-KO 2051 (inner drum diameter 160 mm and 200 mm, usually on axles AL-KO B850-10, AL-KO B1200-5, AL-KO B1200-6, AL-KO B1600-3), the arrow on the insert must point to the position marked 27 (length of the lower lever arm 24 mm)
- For trailers fitted with wheel units AL-KO 2361 (inner drum diameter 230 mm, usually on axles AL-KO B1600-1 and B1800-9) the arrow on the insert must point to the position marked 30 (length of the lower lever arm 30 mm)
- For trailers equipped with wheel units AL-KO 3062 or AL-KO 3080/3081 (inner drum diameter 300 mm) it is necessary to set the insert with the arrow pointing to position 33.5 (lower lever length 33.5 mm)
