Compression spring 1637/2051/2361 AL-KO

This spring holds the brake shoe pressed against the brake shield. It is used in wheel brake units AL-KO 1637 (inner drum diameter 160 mm), 2051 (inner drum diameter 200 mm) and 2361 (inner drum diameter 230 mm) on axles B850-5 (900 kg), B850-10 (1000 kg), B1200-5 (1300 kg), B1200-6 (1350 kg), B1600-3 (1500 kg), B1600-1 (1600 kg), B1800-9 (1800 kg).

Two of these compression springs are used in each wheel unit - one for each jaw). The spring hook is secured on the outside of the shield by a compression spring washer, which is supplied separately.

The original brake shoe sets AL-KO contain both pressure springs and pressure spring washers and do not need to be purchased separately. It is recommended to change the compression springs with every jaw change.

The total length of the spring is approximately 52 mm.
