Support leg, 410-590 mm, with integrated flange, AL-KO

The support leg of the brand AL-KO with integrated flange, for bottom and side mounting, can be continuously extended and the tilting angle adjusted by turning the 19 mm hexagon.

By pulling out the red spring-loaded locking handle, the leg can be tilted on both sides from vertical to horizontal transport position. In addition to the vertical and horizontal position, it can be locked after every 30 degrees of rotation by releasing the handle. This gives a total of 7 locking positions for every 30 degrees of rotation.

The separately supplied cranks, standard cranks or the 19 mm gola set extension can be used for infinitely variable height adjustment in combination with e.g. a ratchet or cordless drill.

Before setting the support leg in the transport position (horizontal), always first fully retract the support leg extension back to its shortest length by turning the hexagon socket. The leg is galvanically galvanized.

• Bottom mounting: the support leg can be screwed directly behind the upper horizontal part of the bottom to the trailer frame through the prepared holes (without using the included "U" profile). The included "U" profile can be welded to the bottom of the frame. The leg is then screwed into the profile using the screws provided. A minimum clearance of 450 - 500 mm is required for installation.
• Side mounting: can be used side bolting with two M10 strength screws. The axis spacing of the 80 bolts is mm.
