By turning the upper handle, the wheel starts to move downwards and tilts out. When the wheel is fully folded out, it is automatically locked in the folded position. When the wheel is inserted by turning the upper handle, the wheel is automatically disengaged and starts to tilt. The wheel can only be loaded when the tilt is locked. If there is not enough space under the wheel for it to tilt, the automatic locking of the tilt does not take place and the wheel tilts back under load.
