Tandem rocker arm AL-KO is used to connect 4 brake cables of a two-axle trailer with the central brake rod. The spacing on the rocker arm corresponds to the weld-on and reduction axles AL-KO up to 1800 kg (axles B850 to B1800). The rocker is compatible with threaded cable guides AL-KO and with so-called quick-assembly cable guides AL-KO, terminated with a "lens" end - the side cutouts allow for easy insertion of the quick-assembly cable guide end.
The tandem rocker arm is supplied separately without connecting material for the rod and cables (without ball nuts for threaded cables and brake rod). In order to allow maximum possible deflection of the rocker arms, nuts with ball seating surfaces must be used on the central rod and on the threaded ends of the ropeways. Either standard or self-locking nuts can be used as counter-nuts to the ball nuts. Typically, 4 M8 ball nuts and 4 M8 self-locking nuts are used on the rocker arms and one M10 extended (3D) ball nut with one standard M10 nut on the central rod with M10 thread. The rocker arm is also applicable for the central brake rod with M12 thread.
Attention! This rocker arm cannot be used for axles KNOTT, which have different spacing on the weldments for attaching the brake cables.
