The Debon C900 covered carrier is currently the second largest box trailer manufactured by Cheval Liberté. It is a car carrier designed especially for the safe covered transport of historic vehicles (vintage cars) or any smaller vehicles that do not reach the width parameters of ordinary cars. However, the trailer can of course be used to transport anything.

The Debon C900 box trailer is the most comfortable enclosed vehicle carrier from the French brand Cheval Liberté, which produces the most desirable trailers in Europe. Debon C900 is currently the company' s second largest trailer in production. It is a covered car carrier designed especially for vehicles, but of course it can be used to transport anything, there are no limits to the imagination. The largest possible width of the transported load is 1780 mm, height 1800 mm.
Debon C900 trailer despite its size, it offers perfect handling thanks to the chassis Pullman 2 . It differs from conventional trailer axles mainly because it has independently suspended each wheel and arm is fitted with a coiled spring and at the same time silencer. This makes the trailer behave essentially like a car and therefore also has an approved design speeds up to 140 km/h. It provides a very quiet and stable ride.
The trailer frame is steel, hot-dip galvanized. The trailer sides are made made of 12 mm thick aluminium hollow interlocking panels, which guarantee low operating weight, very long service life and, last but not least, perfect design. The floor is all-aluminium, non-slip perforated.
The front and roof section is made of 8 mm thick monoblock polyester (laminate). Compared to tarpaulin trailers, this ensures perfect trailer aerodynamics, rigidity and protection of the load from dirt and weather conditions.
As an officially accredited importer for the Czech Republic by the Ministry of Transport , we can reduce the basic gross trailer weight from 3500 kg to 2700 kg.
Brake components are manufactured by KNOTT with good availability of spare parts. The Debon C900 trailer has a service door on the right and a double door on the left already included in the basic price of the trailer. Of course, it is also automatic reclining wheel, folding wedges and interior lighting.

The Cheval Liberté chassis has perfect independent suspension (Pullman2) for each wheel, equipped with spring a shock absorber. This makes driving the trailer very comfortable not only for the load being transported, but also for the towing vehicle and its crew. No more unpleasant shocks from the trailer.
