Brake drum AL-KO 1637 for tapered roller bearings, (100x4)
The original wheel unit brake drum AL-KO 1637 for tapered roller bearings was used on axles manufactured from 01/1989 to 1991. Attention. The year of manufacture of the trailer may vary. Some manufacturers were still processing axle inventories several years after they were discontinued. Newer wheel units AL-KO 1637 use drums with a compact double-row maintenance-free bearing.
The inner diameter of the drum is 160 mm and is designed for a jaw width of 35 mm. The drum wheel mount is 100 x 4 (4 holes, the diameter of the circle circumscribed by the centres of the holes is 100 mm). The holes for the wheel bolts are threaded M12x1,5.
The drum is delivered without bearings and without sealing ring. Bearing 45449/410 is used on the inside and bearing 11749/117 on the outside. The sealing ring (simering) has a dimension of 40 x 52 x 7 mm. To cover the center nut and bearing from the outside, a center cap AL-KO diameter 48 mm is used.
